The event's attendance policy is at the discretion of the organiser, who may choose to limit it to workshop participants, all guild members, or open it to the public. The organiser will manage the event's promotion, registration, and collect any participation fees to support the guild. To ensure a successful presentation, the room should accommodate the audience comfortably, with the facility to darken the space for optimal viewing.
Essential equipment includes a full HD digital projector with an HDMI connection for the speaker's laptop, audio speakers compatible with the laptop, and a microphone for larger rooms or audiences. Additionally, six large tables are needed for displaying artwork, each approximately six feet in length. If feasible, a table lamp may be required to illuminate an original glass art piece that Denis Brown may bring along with him.
